There is no contact form here on purpose. A form would store whatever you typed into it, and people writing about a medication search tend to mention the medication — which would create another copy of your health information in another place. Email reaches us just as well.
Emergencies and medical questions
Do not contact us about a medical emergency.
Call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department. We are not a healthcare provider, we do not monitor email around the clock, and we cannot help.
We also cannot answer questions about whether a medication is right for you, what dose you should take, or whether to switch or stop something. Those are questions for your prescriber or pharmacist.

Please do not include your date of birth, insurance details, or medical records in an email to us. We do not need them, and we would rather not hold them.
What to expect
Support: we aim to reply within five business days. Privacy requests: within 45 days, and sooner where we can — we will tell you if we need longer and why.
For privacy requests, send the email from the address on your account. We need to be reasonably confident a request is really from you before acting on it, because handing someone’s medication history to a stranger who asked nicely would be its own kind of privacy failure.
If you only want your data deleted, you do not need to email at all — sign in and delete your account, which does it immediately.
Reporting a security problem

We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine vulnerability in good faith, does not access or modify other people’s data, and does not degrade the service while investigating.
